I have quickly found that grabbing quick gluten-free food on the go is near impossible. Until, I found Chipotle Mexican Grill. My favorite is a vegetarian bowl with guac! Their guac isn't listed on their allergen card, but online you can see the list of all ingredients and it is gluten-free (also confirmed with a manager). I have yet to have a problem, but it is not a totally gluten-free kitchen- so there are risks. The servers grab the lettuce and cheese with gloved hands, and I always request for the server to change their gloves. The only gluten in the kitchen comes from the flour tortillas, but if they were to handle the flour tortillas and touch the lettuce with the same glove, theoretically all the lettuce is now contaminated. Again, I have never had a problem when asking for new gloves, and I go at least twice a week. On some occasions the server has even grabbed all fresh ingredients from storage to further decrease the risk of cross contamination. http://www.chipotle.com/
