Celiacs Disease has already taken so much from me, but to know I still have what is most important is priceless. Chips and dip. Thanks to the fine folks at Frito-Lay we can all still enjoy the American dream: onion dip with Ruffles. A few words of caution, they make two brands of most dips: "Frito-Lays" (comes in a cardboard can- not GF) and "Lays" (comes in a glass jar- is GF).
